I started my transformation journey in April 2016. I weighed 76.5 kg with 27% body fat.
That was the period when I determined to follow a strict workout and diet plan.
But initially it was in fact difficult to deal with the pattern. It took me almost three to four months gradually and became a habit subsequently.
As a result, I could see the significant changes in my body. My body weight this time was 67 kg with 19% body fat in November 2016. I was happy, but not much contented.
Because my weight had got stuck at a point. I again had to modify a few changes in my diet and workout to drop my fat parentage down. In March 2017, I eventually accomplished my most desired target 60 kg with 9 % body fat. And I was in fact very happy with myself.

24th April 2016, I weighed 76.5 kg with 27% body fat.
Although I mentally determined my objective, however my goal was practically very far ahead indeed.I contemplated what I had to implement to be in to the shape what I exactly crave for.
I had intended to put 70 % on my workout and 50% on my diet. But that didn’t exhibit much sufficiency. In contrast both should be 100%.
But you know as an Indian it is difficult to give up“khana pina nahi chod sakta” my typical indian food habits. In addition my rest timings were very less which were around 4 to 5 hours at the most due to my office works.
I continued this routine,but the struggles were still on.
Although I strived to be regular in my routine but some times I had been lazy, no mood and ended up with sleep.
Sometimes I went to the gym and could perform a few exercises and came back home.
It was very difficult to adjust myself with my regular routine in the initial months but somehow I became a little serious in the month of August.
I started calculating my calorie intake throughout the day and also with proper micronutrients.
My weight had become 72kg with fat 23% in the month of September 2017.
I started giving my 100 % on my diet
and workout both.
I followed the moderate carbs diet,
which is
40% carbs,
30% protien
30% fat.
With my ceaseless effort I could drop my
weight 5 kg and
4% fat
in the month of November 2017.
My weight was this time
67 kg with 19% body fat.
Now this was the point
where I had to struggle
to drop my weight again.
However, I kept the same
routine continual with
no changes.
Consequently my weight became 65kg with 16% body fat on December 31st 2016.
I once again changed my diet to cut down more.
I started sticking to
30% carbs,
35 % protein and
35% fat.
With this brilliant modification I could drop my fat very quickly resulted
60kg with 9% fat
recorded in March 2017.
I have been following a simple, sustainable and balanced diet ever since I began my fitness journey and actually this has really transformed my well-being everyday.
My system has been accustomed well enough to the regular healthy foods which I consume everyday. I have been asked many a time if I am on an intermediate fasting or keto.
I am neither on an intermediate nor on keto.Oatmeal,rice, green fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, chicken etc. are my staple diet and also love to munch dryfruits too to provide healthy fats into my system.
Besides my diet plan includes one scoop of whey protein to fulfill my protein intake and also have added some multivitamins.
Therefore, it is not hard and fast that one must adhere to a very strict diet or workout routine.
On the contrary identification of what is suitable for you is a must.
Design a diet including foods those are beneficial for you as per your calorie calculation and how your body reacts to these is also very essential to learn.
Also developing an optimum workout routine is extremely vital to attain your desired results.
Consult with your mentor to solve your queries, for instance, if I eat this causing constipation issues or bloating or this workout is not able to connect my muscles.
You need to be very clear and transparent to your transformation procedure to execute your goal plan.
Break your goal into small ones will make you reach your destination certainly.
My journey has been indeed an amazing one which always helps and inspires me to maintain my fitness a healthy way. I have been enjoying my healthy foods oatmeal,dal,rice,veggies,chicken,eggs, fruits,salads etc. in moderation and I am regular with my workout routine 4 to 5 times a week and able to maintain everything with a great satisfaction.
Eat healthy and follow right exercises with proper form and techniques.Form and techniques play a vital role to train your muscles.Diet repairs the muscle tissues after vigorous exercise and Rest rebuilds your strength,endurance,muscles and prevents injury,also improves overall health. These are interrelated.
Fitness is a healthy lifestyle. It tells you about the state of being physically fit and healthy, overall well-being, ablity to perform the day’s all activities without undue fatigue,also human capability to cope with various situations.Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate physical exercises and sufficient rest.Being fit not only tells you about physical health,but also depicts emotional and mental health too.
