This is 6 weeks home workout program combines with HIIT functional Training, strength, endurance,flexibility & mobility Training to completely increase your fitness level. This is balanced workout routine suitable for everyone. There are options to choose your diet plan mention on the schedule.
Going to the gym might be difficult for you, this is the best plan for you to improve your fitness level and change your lifestyle with exercise and diet.
How will this 6 weeks home workout program will work:
Follow the download schedule, you can adjust your rest day (for example, rest on Thrusday instead of Sunday). The only guidelines is to perform the workout in the same order.
There will be two phases:
Phase 1 workout routine will be from week 1 to 3 weeks
Phase 2 workout routine will be from week 4 to week 6
